Multimedia approaches to theater can be comparable to the Multiple Intelligences theory coined by Howard Gardner. By challenging students to think about how to create theater in a way that incorporates different forms of media, we activate and engage a more diverse group of learners in the room.
This lesson is an introduction to utilizing a multimedia approach to storytelling. This is a lesson that should be spread out over two class periods.
