A. PHILIP RANDOLPH

ORAL HISTORY PROGRAM

We are very excited to highlight Apollo Education's partnership with A. Philip Randolph high school in Harlem. Claro de los Reyes, a filmmaker and Teaching Artist, completed a 12-session Oral History residency in Ms. Kierra Foster-Ba 's, "Race, Class, and Gender" class. The program involved conducting oral history interviews, discussions on active citizenship, and activities to encourage critical thinking about the world they aspire to create. Donnalie Jamnah

Donnalie Jamnah is an educator, instructional designer, and storyteller passionate about work that is creative, purposeful, and committed to liberation and equity. DJ creates tools and lead conversations that educate and inspire others. They have a Masters in Educational Technology from University of Arkansas at Fayetteville and two Bachelors degrees in Psychology and Creative Writing from Columbia University in the City of New York.
